Residential Compound

Finishing works for an integrated residential compound of seventy-two units across three housing types, executed with a unified façade treatment that gives the development a single visual identity while keeping each type distinct. The three-storey apartment block is clad in sandstone with dark perforated metal screens that modulate the vertical openings and control light and privacy. Villas and townhouses combine stone and render with black metal gates and matching metalwork. Site works complete the scheme: numbered interlock parking, pavements and walkways, planting and landscaped beds between the residential blocks.
