About the Establishment
Modern Distinguished Contracting Est. is a Saudi establishment founded in 2018 and trading under the SOL brand. It specialises in the execution and management of construction projects and has delivered work across five regions of the Kingdom: Al-Qassim, Ha'il, Riyadh, the Eastern Province and Wadi Al-Dawasir.
Its scope extends from structural shell works, residential finishing and architectural façades to restoration, and from industrial coating and medium-voltage works to infrastructure and specialised agricultural facilities — a measured progression from one discipline to the next.
Its client list includes major industrial and agricultural organisations, among them NADEC, ATMAAL and PADEL IN, alongside private residential work executed to the same standard. The works presented here are a selection of the most recent and representative, not an exhaustive record.
The SOL® trademark is registered with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property, and the establishment trades under it.
The Founder
Saeed Ghannam Al-Ruwais is a contracting entrepreneur specialising in project execution and control. He founded Modern Distinguished Contracting Est. in 2018 and established the SOL brand under it — building the business on craftsmanship and precision in detail, and earning the confidence of institutional clients including NADEC.
The trust built on one project is the capital carried into the next.
