01Delivery

Delivery Methodology

Five sequential stages, neither abbreviated nor skipped. Each closes on documented outputs before the next begins, keeping the programme measurable and auditable from day one to the end of the warranty period.

01

Study & Planning

Review of drawings and specifications, quantity take-off, and construction of the programme and risk matrix before the site is manned.
02

Mobilisation

Approval of materials and samples, securing of supply, site set-up, safety equipment and deployment of teams.
03

Execution & Control

Phased execution under continuous field control, each item verified against specification before the next is started.
04

Inspection & Testing

Material and system inspections, commissioning tests, and resolution of observations through to full closure.
05

Handover & Warranty

Preliminary and final handover with quality files and as-built drawings, followed through the warranty period.
02Control

Quality & Safety

Sites are managed to occupational health and safety requirements at every stage of execution, from civil works to installation at height and medium-voltage works.

01

Occupational Safety

Full protective equipment for teams, controlled routes and hazard zones, and direct supervision of high-risk activities.
02

Quality Control

Materials verified against approved specification, every item inspected before it is covered, and observations documented through to closure.
03

Medium-Voltage Discipline

Isolation, earthing and permit-to-work procedures for electrical systems before energisation and testing.
04

Documentation

Quality files, as-built drawings and inspection reports handed over with the project.
