Structural Shell Works

Structural works are the foundation on which every other scope is built. Our delivery covers the complete concrete frame: excavation and foundations, reinforcement, formwork carpentry, casting of columns, beams and slabs, then stripping and blockwork. The shell is run with the same discipline as the finishing trades — bar diameters and spacing verified against the drawings before any pour, formwork checked for plumb and line, shoring and its loads confirmed, and the concrete mix approved and sampled. Scope extends from villas and residential buildings to below-grade tanks and industrial hangar slabs, including power-floating of large concrete surfaces.
